Rehabilitation, Biodiversity and Land Management System (RBLMS).

To facilitate the change in the standard of management and to ensure that all statutory requirements are effectively integrated, a comprehensive management review was undertaken to develop a Rehabilitation, Biodiversity and Land Management System (RBLMS).

This review incorporated extensive client liaison, a risk assessment workshop, literature review and gap analysis, Development of RBLMS Framework document incorporating all rehabilitation, biodiversity and land management related management plans and addressing identified gap analysis deficiencies and the updating and / or revising of all relevant site procedures focusing on implementation of the RBLMS strategies contained in the management plans.

Author of Biodiversity Management Plan, Grazing Management Plan, Land Management Plan and Framework Document.

HSEQ Management System Gap Analysis

Undertake a gap analysis of the site’s systems against Rio Tinto Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System Standard.

Completed gap analysis audit and compiled evidence folders.

Land Management Plan

Ensure statutory requirements are met through the development of a Land Management Plan.
